Diagnosing Etiology by Urine Microscopy in Sudden Spurt of Acute Kidney Injury Cases: Going Back to the Basics

Recently, a sudden rise of acute kidney injury in children has been reported from Indonesia, Gambia, and a few other countries. Switching from continuous veno-venous hemodiafiltration to intermittent sustained low-efficiency daily hemodiafiltration (SLED-f) in pediatric acute kidney injury: A prospective cohort study

There is a need for more evidence for intermittent sustained low efficiency dialysis in critical children.
