Phenotypic Spectrum of HNF4α-Associated Fanconi Renotubular Syndrome

This is an extremely rare disease with our case being the only case published ever from India: a rare progression Neonatal Hypoglycemia, Hyperinsulinism → Fanconi Syndrome → MODY early.
